How We're Helping
TLL,
Inc. is a nonprofit 501-c3 arts and culture organization. Tradisyon Lakou Lakay is Haitian Creole and loosely translated to Hometown Traditions. To bring it closer to home, "lakou" is a community space for all kinds of gathering. "LAKOU" is all about the collective strength and "all hands on deck" or "yon sèl dwèt pa manje kalalou. We are always looking to form partnerships and welcome private donors. The showcases can be another way to show your support through volunteer activities, such as setting up the displays and providing needed materials for costumes. Chaperoning during our field trips is another ideal way to get involved. Currently, we are in need of a 15 passenger van or mini bus to provide free transportation to some of the children. Become part of TLL Dance Ensemble and TLL Youth Engagement Study Circle (YES-C) today!
TLL programs are made possible in part by the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, Florida Department of Cultural Affairs and City of Miami Board Commissioners
We also thank every donor who has contributed to the success of our programs.
